This is a digital knitting pattern for a women’s pullover.

Gale is a cropped oversized pullover knit using a combination of several patterns containing twisted stitches (knitted through the back loop) with a sprinkling of nupps. The pattern is the same on the front and the back of the pullover. Gale is worked in pieces and seamed with a neckline that is knit in the round. It is designed to have an oversized body with close fitting sleeves; the finished garment hangs loosely on the body.

This pattern is designed to look equally great on all body shapes, therefore, ease is not a set number, but is rather equal to 45% of bust circumference for each size. This allows for an equally beautiful oversized fit for all sizes.

The pullover is worked in pieces from the bottom up, and sewn together. Then stitches are picked up at the neckline and worked in the round. Neck band is sewn down.
