Galentine Socks
This pattern was designed with Galentine’s Day in mind.
Galentine’s Day is the 13th February each year and it is in celebration of platonic friendships. These socks are designed with the intention of the knitter to make a pair and gift to someone special. This could be a best friend, family member, carer, work colleague or anyone you are grateful for and want to show you care.
This pattern can be knitted with DPNs or circular needles. The design is knitted cuff down with a slip stitch heel flap and turn ( you can substitute this for your preferred heel construction) and finishes with a wedge toe. An easy to follow colour work chart is provided and the design is easily adjusted for leg and foot length.
In the pattern there is a stitch count for Small 56st CO, Medium 64st CO and Large 72st CO.
Any fingering weight sock yarn will work for this design, ensure there is a high contrast in your colour choices for best results.
If you purchase this design - THANK YOU!
