Description: Listing for KNITTING PATTERN ONLY - Galilee Cardigan - P225

The delightful Galilee Cardigan is knitted from the top down with an added touch of delicate lace running down the fronts. This is an easy and intuitive knit.
Pattern has been graded for the Intermediate knitter, however if you are a confident advanced beginner this would be a great pattern to work on.

APPROX AGE
A -- 0 - 3 months, B -- 6 - 9 months, C -- 12-18 months, D -- 2 years, E -- 4 years, F -- 6 years

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate

YARN -- DK, 8 ply, Light worsted. (100% wool, 110 m / 120 yds per 50 g)
’Fiddlesticks Peppin 8’, DK, 8ply yarn was used for the pictured garment.

A -- 120 g -- 265 m -- 290 yds
B -- 160 g -- 350 m -- 385 yds
C -- 185 g -- 405 m -- 445 yds
D -- 210 g -- 460 m -- 505 yds
E -- 240 g -- 530 m -- 575 yds
F -- 280 g -- 615 m -- 670 yds

NEEDLES REQUIRED
3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) circular needles, 40 cm (16 in) and 60 cm (24 in) long.
One set of double pointed 3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) needles, or size needle to obtain tension.
If preferred when knitting the sleeves you could work the Magic Loop method.

OTHER MATERIALS
8 stitch markers
Darning needle to sew in ends
5 6 : 6 : 7 : 7 : 8 buttons

TENSION
22 sts x 30 rounds = 10 cm (4 in) worked in stocking stitch on 3.75 mm (US 5 : UK 9) needles.
