GALLOP THROUGH THE WOODS

The Gallop Through the Woods socks are knitted on five double-pointed needles from the cuff down. The pattern incorporates a reinforced Dutch heel and a round toe. When choosing the colors, it is essential to make sure that Color A is darker than Color B, because switching the colors would create an unwanted negative effect.

Set of double-pointed needles, U.S. Sizes 0 and 1½ / 2 and 2.5 mm

GAUGE
33 sts and 36 rows of stranded knitting = 4 x 4 in / 10 x 10 cm. Adjust needle size to obtain correct gauge if necessary.

LAUKKA LÄPI METSÄN

Laukka läpi metsän -sukissa on vahvistettu hollantilainen kantapää ja kärjessä sädekavennukset. Sukat neulotaan viidellä sukkapuikolla varresta alaspäin. Yksivärinen terä mahtuu hyvin vaikka ratsastussaappaaseen. Malli näyttää kauniilta monessa eri värissä, ja toiseksi väriksi voi valita liukuvärjätynkin langan. Kannattaa kuitenkin katsoa, ettei vaihda tumman ja vaalean värin paikkoja, sillä näiden sukkien kuvio ei toimi negatiivina.
