Tank Top is worked flat from the bottom up in two pieces and seamed together. Armhole and Neck edgings are added by picking up stitches around the Body pieces. Skirt is worked from the top down in the round. An extended waistband is folded down and seamed, and elastic is inserted to ensure a stretchy waist.
