The shawl is worked in 2 sections: a parallelogram in colors A & B, turned 90 degrees and picked up to work a curl with C & D.

The parallelogram is a great opportunity to use gradient or long-repeat striping yarns. Or the whole shawl can be done in any number of yarns, striping at will.

Fingering weight yarn in four colors; amounts are generous so you will have enough.
A: 100 grams/about 400 yards/365 m
B: 50 gr/about 200 yds/183 m

The Garter Stitch Collection

Will include four wraps & shawls that feature squishy Garter Stitch in eye-catching geometric shapes. They’re simple patterns designed to let gorgeous variegated yarn do the work. Or they will work just as beautifully with solid colors.
