o S- L: approximately 2,580 yds (slightly over 5- 10 oz skeins of RHSS Ombre)
o XL/2XL: approximately 3,375 yds (slightly less than 7- 10 oz skeins of Ombre)

• Size “I” (5.50 MM) hook
• Size “K” (6.50 MM) hook
• Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
• Stitch markers Notes:

1. This pattern was created with the beginner in mind, however, it is rated as intermediate: SC, HDC, DC, TR, post stitches used
2. This pattern is written in US terms for the right-handed crocheter
3. This pattern is very detailed with helpful tips and notes as well as contains many step-by-step photos to help you along the way
4. Sizing: a. S-L: fits chest size up to 48” b. XL/2XL: fits chest size up to 54”
5. This pattern can be easily adapted to make a shorter or longer cardigan
6. This pattern was created with Red Heart Super Saver Ombre yarns and tested using Red Heart Super Saver and Big Twist Value yarns
7. Gauge using DC: a. Size “I” (5.50 MM) hook: 7 rows = 4”; 13 sts = 4” i. 5 X 5 granny square measures: 5” X 5” b. Size “K” (5.75 MM) hook: 6.5 rows = 4”, 12 sts= 4” i. 5 X 5 granny square measures: 6” X 6”
8. Chain 2’s and 3’s at beginning of rounds count in stitch count
9. Stitches in box brackets are to be repeated total number times stated after brackets
10. Numbers in ( ) parentheses at end of rounds indicate total stitch count for round
11. Finished product: wash in cold or luke-warm water, tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry
