Finished size: 15cm tall standing up. 9cm tall sitting. Body of Octopus 8cm wide. Octopus sitting and arms outstretched 20cm wide.

Hook size: 3.5 mm - be guided by your yarn type and tension 3mm - 4mm will be ok

Yarn weight: DK/8ply - I used flinders 100% cotton (Australian Brand) and Brighton 50/50 Cotton Blend (Australian Brand). Best results are with 100% cotton for Amigurumi Projects. Less fluff. Stronger hold with the shape of the toy.

Yarn colors:
Green - Octopus Body - Full Skein of 50g
Eye - Scraps of orange, bright yellow, light yellow and white

8mm safety eye

Crochet Stitches used in Pattern:
Chain, sc, BLO, FLO, MR, slip stitch. Invisible stitch for finishing eye colours.

Difficulty:
Beginner to intermediate. Crocheted in the round. Invisible join used to complete eye colour work.
