Garlic Bulb
Garlic is one of my favourite culinary spices, so I thought I’ll crochet a couple just for fun :)
The bulb measures 2 inches/5.1cm in height and 2.5 inches/6.4cm across.
This is a very simple pattern and is great for beginners. You can crochet a few of these, string them together or put them in a mesh holder and hang it in the kitchen for decor :)
For this PATTERN, you will need to know how to single crochet, decrease and working in the rounds/spirals.
This PATTERN is accompanied by many images detailing the garlic bulb crocheted at different stages.
The acrylic yarn I used is 18 wraps per inch and is categorised under ‘fine/laceweight’ yarn. Wraps per inch (or WPI) is a measure of the grist or the thickness of a yarn.
I used crochet hook size 2.2mm.
