Garnet Canyon Socks
Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming was established by congress in 1929. The peaks of the Teton Range, standing a sheer 7,000 feet above the valley floor, make one of the boldest geologic statements in the Rockies. Unencumbered by foothills, they rise through steep coniferous forest into alpine meadows strewn with wildflowers to naked granite pinnacles. -NPS
Garnet Canyon is nestled between Grand Teton and Middle Teton. The views in Garnet Canyon are spectacular with the huge Teton peaks rising on three sides. A cool stream flows along much of the canyon making a great place to stop if you are a hiker on your journey up this canyon.
Knit from cuff to toe with an option for a ribbed or wavy top, an easily remembered pattern, eye of partridge heel flap and Dutch heel these are very enjoyable to knit.
