Garnished with Love is a fingerless mitten design that came to me shortly after I received my shipment from the Farmers Daughter Fiber Sock Squad. The color is fabulous. It is a slate blue with a bit of brown through it. The small skein that came with the October 2023 color is similar to the moon. Something special had to be created with the The Long Nosed Bat color. I created the mittens with the heart design only on the cuff at the beginning and near the end up by the fingers. My wish is for you to find enjoyment in creating these mittens for yourself or a loved one.

I used less than the 92 yards in the skein for the contrast color

The design is written with the magic loop method of knitting intended; however, DPNs can be easily utilized.

Decreases are created along the forearm to the wrist which is made with ribbing for a snug fit.

My daughter is the model in the photos and her hands a little larger than mine. The mittens fit lovely on both sizes.
