KNITTING PATTERN for “GARRYVOE” Slouchy Textured Beanie Hat for Men, Women and Teens- Knit in the Round on circular needles.

This is a gorgeous new design for the fall/winter season. The cobbled , textured design was inspired by the beautiful stony beach at Garryvoe, in County Cork, Ireland. I chose a double seed stitch to recreate the look and feel of the lovely rounded beach pebbles which line the shore at this lovely beach. The slouchy beanie style is as popular as ever, and the hat will suit everyone in the family.

Yarn : Aran/Worsted/ Medium Weight yarn - 100 g /3.5 oz.

Needles : Sizes 4 and 5 mm/ US Sizes 6 and 8 circular needles, and Size 5mm/US 8 double-pointed needles. Knit in the Round.

Tension/ Gauge : 14sts and 28 rows in double seed stitch = 4 x4 in/ 10 x 10 cm

Skill Level : Intermediate or confident Beginner

Sizes : 4 sizes- Small/ Medium / Large / Extra Large
