The scrubber pattern was inspired by a Japanese tawashi here in ravelry that has a pattern in Japanese no longer available in print.

The scrubber pattern is easy but has an interesting construction that turns the knitted rectangular strips into its final circular shape.

The patterns are intended for leftover yarn, so the yarn used, of approximately one skein total yardage, is for one scrubber and one potholder, adding up all of the different colors.
