Medicine Hat, Alberta is called the ‘Gas City’, because it sits on top of a wealth of natural gas. Aside from the natural gas, it has incredible natural beauty and the HUGE, clear skies have allowed us see some of the most incredible sunrises and sunsets we have ever seem.
On the flip-side of that, those HUGE, clear skies can also produce some of the most blisteringly cold winds I have ever experienced. So much so, that I needed to design myself a dense pair of Flip-top mitts, so my hands can stay warm and functional all while I am outside.
Thus, I give you, the Gas City Mitts.
