I designed this shawl for Gather DTLA using gorgeous hand dyed yarn from Stimpy Lab! Shawls are a year round wardrobe essential for me. This shawl is easy to wear anytime of year and in any climate with its open lace, great drape and generous size. Pair your favorite fun sock yarn with a solid, and the color combinations are endless! The shawls generous length is perfect for a multitude of styling options.

Fingering Weight Yarn: Main Color - Approx. 200g/900yd; Contrast Color - Approx. 100g/450yd
Suggested Yarn: Main Color - 2 skeins StimpyLab (100g/442yd each) in Hollywood Lion (Available thru To Gather); Contrast Color - 2 skeins Quince & Co. Tern (50g/221yd each) in Aventurine
Needles: Size US 4/3.5mm (32in/80cm-40in/100cm circular recommended)
Notions: stitch markers & tapestry needle, blocking mats/pins/and wires are helpful.
Gauge (measured over garter stitch AFTER BLOCKING): 21 sts and 52 rows = 4 in/10 cm
Finished Measurements: Wingspan - 83 in/211 cm, Center depth - 17.5 in/44.5 cm
