This is such a fun and unique cowl, but not very difficult to knit. It is started in the back, with a crochet provisional cast on so that it can be seamlessly finished. At it’s widest point (unrolled), the cowl measures 16 inches wide, the garter center is 5 inches wide, and the whole cowl measures about 28 inches in circumference. The gartered center makes the cowl bunch, creating a fun gathered look.
