Gauge Rage
Getting gauge is all the rage, or so I’m told. But mixing gauge… well that is vogue!
This cowl is classic in its simple striped styling, but very fashion forward with its combining of yarn weights.
Finished Measurement:
This cowl is knit in the round with no seaming. Directions are given for a 20” circumference cowl with a height of 22”. This pattern is easily adaptable. To change circumference, you need only cast on more or fewer stitches in multiples of 4. Changes in height are achieved by working more or fewer repeats.
Yarn Requirements:
Necessary yardage will vary with any sizing customization you choose to execute.
Main Color (MC): 220 - 240 yards Fingering Weight
AND
Contract Color (CC): 102 - 112 yards Aran Weight
