“Geillis”

This is an aran weight shawl worked on 6.5mm needles to create a style that is timeless.

This one is for Geillis Duncan in the Outlander story, one for her to wear gathering her herbs and walking in the woods.
Its created using two colours but could of course be made in a single colour if desired.

I have finished the shawl with tassels but equally looks right without them as seen in the photos.

It’s a top down shawl that’s suitable for a beginner upwards.
