Originally, in Magazine 37, Gem was a beaded and cabled halter top. This pattern was in limited sizes and called for
(740, 780, 800, 830, 850) beads.

Rowan Summer Treasures, in 2023, has updated the design, adding sizes, but removing the beadwork.

You will need a cable needle, stitch holders and 4 sets of hook and eye fasteners for the back neckband.
