This pattern has been written using US crochet terminology. Skills required include making a magic ring, single crochet, double crochet, increasing and decreasing, chain, slip stitch and changing yarn colour.

✔ 2.5mm crochet hook
✔ Tapestry needle
✔ Stitch marker (scrap yarn will do)
✔ Scissors
✔ Cream yarn, 8/4 (4 ply)
✔ Orange yarn, 8/4 (4 ply)
✔ Black yarn, 8/4 (4 ply)
✔ 7mm black safety eyes
✔ Stuffing
