Gemstone Headband
The Gemstone Headband is a quick and simple project well-suited to showing off two contrasting, solid color yarns. The color pattern is created using slipped stitches, which means that you will only ever be working with one color at a time. The Gemstone Headband is perfect for gift knitting, or for knitting in company: Small and portable, easy to memorize – plus it looks much more complicated than it is!
Yarn requirements:
Fingering weight yarn with high elasticity, such as one made of animal fibers.
Main color: about 45-55 m/50-60 yds
Contrast color: about 45-55 m/50-60 yds
