The crochet pattern offers a wide range of sizing from a 28”-72” chest circumference, and can be made with one or less skein of fingering weight and two skeins or less of lace weight yarn for any size!

This crochet bolero features a classic front of alternating single and double crochet rows that can be closed with a brooch. The fun is in the oversized, open lace sleeves featuring an easy crochet lace pattern that looks complicated, but opens beautifully with blocking. Secure the sleeves at the wrist with a simple tie, and add a second tie at the elbow for a bubble look. Surprise everyone when walking by and showing off the lacy back.

Using fingering and lace weight yarns, the Genevieve is the perfect light layer htat can be worn from a fundraising dinner to a casual outing.
