Gently curved earflaps create cosy ear coverage and help this hat stay in place! Knit in the round from the bottom up, German Short Rows curve the ears before moving onto a Trellis pattern for the body of the hat. Looks great either with a pom-pom or left bare. This hat is designed to be slouchy but for a snugger fit you can work fewer repeats of the pattern stitch.
