This cuddly lace baby blanket works up relatively quickly as it’s made of chunky weight yarn. I used one skein each of Vintage Chunky in colors 6110, 6113, 6114, 6122, and 6124. (If you plan to substitue yarn, the colors are light pink, light green, yellow, light blue, and lavendar.) If you’re new to lace, be encouraged. The techniques required are simple ones: co, bo, k, p, yo, k2tog, psso and slip1. Gauge is not important since fit is not a factor. My blanket is 32” by 34”.
