MATERIALS

• 40 g yarn (50g = 350m 382 yds)
• circular needles 2 mm. You may need a different size of needles depending on your knitting tension.
• crochet hook 1,5-2 mm
• 18-19 stitch markers (optional)
• 1 button

You can choose yarns with a different compositions for knitting the collar, but the appearance of the collar will depend on it. I used yarn with the following composition:

• 55% merino wool, 45% cotton
• 30% wool, 70% acylic

GAUGE
10 см = 35-37 stitches and 47-49 rows
If your knitting gauge is different:

• if you have more stitches, use larger needles
• if you have less stitches, use smaller needles

SIZES
This pattern describes knitting a collar for two sizes: 5-12 years old (size 1) and adult (size 2).
