This is a lovely snuggly hat, with an easy colorwork pattern using 2 colours. It is worked in the round, it is an 8 stitch repeat around the hat.
The pattern is both charted and written, so you can work in your most desired way. Choose a colour palette that works well together, or high contrasting colours for a colour pop!

My Geode Hat and Cowl designs are a fun way to introduce basic stranded colour work.

Recommended yarn: DK / 8ply weight: 100% Merino.

Gauge: 22 stitches x 24 rows = 10cm/4” knit in the round in the stranded color work pattern using larger needles.

Recommended needles: (adjust needles to meet gauge)
3.5mm (US4) for Ribbing and 4mm (US6) on 30-40cm/12-16” circular needles.

Notions: Darning needle, Stitch marker, Scissors, Tape measure Optional: Extra markers for pattern repeat.
