Geometric dishcloth
This is a dishcloth, knitted flat, from the bottom up with a garter stitch border and a body with a textured, geometric stitch look. I used an easy-to-remember pattern for it, making it suitable for beginners with some experience.
MATERIALS: oatmeal colour acrylic DK yarn 100 g / 290 m. You will need 18 g yarn
KNITTING GAUGE:
22 sts and 28 rows to 10 x 10 cm = 4” x 4” in stocking stitch (knit row on right side, purl row on wrong side) and 4 mm needles.
NEEDLES:
1 x 4 mm (US6)(UK8) straight needles
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
18.5 cm / 7.28’’ x 20.5 cm / 8’’
