Materials:
Tunisian Crochet hook Size I with expanding cable.
Tapestry Needle for weaving in ends.

B (soft blue): 1 (3)
C (white): 2 (3)
D (blue mint): 1 (2)
E (teal): 1 (1)
F (ocean): 2 (3).

Total yarn weight of finished product: 713g, finished size: 39”x33”.

Note that I have more balls of yarn recommended than are strictly necessary because you will have the same color attached in multiple places on the blanket at the same time, and it is much easier to do this with multiple balls of yarn. You can get away with fewer if you are willing to split yarn balls or work from both ends at once, which is difficult to do without tangling.
