This is my first written pattern of something wearable. It was tested only by me and I would love your input or comments, so I could improve it :-)

This design is inspired by traditional tribal/ethnic prints. I love their black lines, mirrored images and geometric shapes but especially their meaning and history. Their cultural importance is significant.

This cardigan is made from two long pieces, using overlay mosaic crochet - fun, easy and effective technique, changing colour each round. It contains a digital chart, mosaic crochet explanation, advice on how to read the chart, photos, sizing information, full written instructions and assembly instructions.

The width and length of this cardigan is easily adjustable.

The actual digital chart is 77 stitches by 47 rows, repeated to achieve desired length.

Each chart can be used to make the cardigan, scarf, a pillow, a bag, anything you like…Your creativity has no boundaries and I would love to see what you
make!

You will need two contrasting colours to make this pattern. I have used DK / 8 ply yarn.
800g of black yarn
400g of white yarn
100g = approx 280m
You will also need a crochet hook 4,5 mm and a yarn needle.
