This hat is worked from the bottom up following the colourwork chart.
The crown is knitted in one colour, the decrease method creates a chain effect which may be enhanced afterwards. (both variations are shown)
Instructions are given for the tassels.
The hat uses up to two balls of the main colour and one of the contrast colour.
Suggested yarn is Jamiesons of Shetland DK Spindrift, the photographs show Eesit and Shetland black
