Georgiana the Beet Dragon
The pattern for Georgiana the Beet Dragon is written using US crochet terms. This is an intermediate level pattern because you need to have knowledge of dc, hdc, tr, dc dec, and tr dec crochet stitches for the wings and ears.
The finished Georgiana, when made out of worsted weight yarn, is about 9 inches tall and 8 inches long. You can make this pattern out of any size yarn, just make sure you change your hook size so the stitches are tight enough to keep the stuffing inside.
You will need two colors of yarn to make Georgiana. If using Red Heart Super Saver yarn for the main body, you will not need the entire skein. I used left over scraps of green for the ears and wings. If you are making Georgiana to be a toy, you should not use safety eyes because they can be a choking hazard. Instead, embroider or needle felt the eyes.
