This is an easy level crochet pattern. It is suitable for those who have practiced the basics of crochet and are ready for their next project. The techniques involved are US single crochet (UK double crochet), colour changes, increases, working in front and back loops, invisible decreases, and working in rounds.

All patterns have instructions using standard US crochet terms and instructions using UK crochet terms. There are also clear photos. A photo tutorial is included on how to do an magic adjustable ring. A bonus photo tutorial on button-jointing your amigurumi is included, although this is optional.

SIZING
The finished giraffe is approximately 3.5 – 4.5 inches sitting (9 – 11 cm) or 5 – 6 inches standing (13 – 16 cm).

ADDITIONAL MATERIALS & TOOLS
In addition to the yarn, you will need a 2.5 mm crochet hook, polyester stuffing and a yarn needle.
