This pattern is suitable for all skill levels. Prior knowledge of basic crochet stitches is required, however once you get going with the pattern it is repetitive and actually quite easy.

You will need:
8ply cotton or acrylic yarn in your choice of colours
I used 8ply acrylic in lemon, beige, cream, black and white
3.5mm hook
Yarn needle
Scissors
Pins
Stitch Markers (optional)
Polyester toy filling

The finished giraffe in my example will end up approx. 17cm tall, however you can make it larger or smaller at your discretion. No hard or loose bits.

Knowledge of basic stitches required (sc, sl st, etc)
