Giant Elves is a perfect example of how bulky yarn loves small motifs. The stitch pattern I used is named “Elfin Lace.” When worked in a finer yarn, it brings to mind the stereotypical image of tiny elves flitting through a glade. When worked large, it packs a bigger, bolder punch, and it makes me giggle to think of giant elves.
