Giant Faux Knit Pumpkin
Notes:
This would be considered an intermediate pattern. Novice sewing skills and patience are required! You must be familiar with fpdc and bpdc. This pattern is worked in rounds. You will sl st to join after each round. The ch 2 before each round does not count as a stitch unless stated otherwise. This Giant Faux Knit Pumpkin is created by crocheting a tube and then sewing into the finished shape. Instructions will be provided on how to do so! Happy hooking!
Materials:
You will need yarn, 5.00 mm crochet hook, scissors, and a strong tapestry needle! Optionally you may want to use some sticks of cinnamon to create the stem of your pumpkin!
Let’s talk yarn!
You will need #4 worsted weight yarn for this project. I used one skein of Big Twist Value Yarn in the color gray to make my pumpkin! Feel free to use any color or brand of yarn you would like if it is #4 worsted weight yarn!
Final Measurements:
Your finished pumpkin will be roughly 10 inches tall!
Gauge:
Gauge is not important for this pattern! Every pumpkin is unique!
