My Finished octopus (red) measured about 12’’ tall and 30’’ wide with a weight 6 and a 4.5mm hook. Yours will vary depending on your tension and yarn.

Materials:
Weight 6 yarn in two colors (I used Hobbii Honey Bunny – alternatively I used two colors of weight 4 yarn)
Main Color 400 yds
Contrasting Color 300 yds
4.5 mm crochet hook
25mm Safety eyes
Stitch marker (optional)
Polyfil
Tapestry needle
18 gauge wire
Feel free to change up the hardness of the wire. As long as it is at least 18 gauge, it can help hold up your arms.
