The gauge above is an approximate and has been worked out using 3 strands of 8ply/DK yarn and a 6mm/J hook. The pattern can be adapted to any yarn to make different sizes, just adjust your hook size accordingly.

Supplies needed if using the suggested yarn:
6 skeins of Moda Vera (4 Seasons) 8ply acrylic in green for the pear and leaf (you will have partial skein left over as you are working with 3 strands at a time)
scraps of 8ply acrylic in brown for the stem (again you will be using 3 strands)
approx 2 kilos of fibre fill/teddy bear filling
darning needle
6mm hook
tape measure
