Petals: You will need about 200 yrds of #10 crochet cotton for each of the two rounds of Petals. You can make the Petals all in one color but the pattern is written using two shades of yellow. The first round of Petals is made using the darker of the two shades (in the pictured example, Goldenrod was used). The second round of Petals is made using the lighter shade (in the pictured example, Golden Yellow was used).
