Pretty headband with twist.

The headband is knit in our lovely Metallico yarn, giving the headband a festive look. It’s knit back and forth either on a circular needle or on single pointed needles and then sewn together.

Pattern information
The headband is worked flat, until the preferred length is reached. The headband should be blocked or steamed when it is finished, because cable knit has a tendency to curl up. Do this before sewing up the two ends.

Materials
1 skein Metallico, col 05
Circular needles, 4.5 mm, 40 cm or short jumper needles, 4.5 mm
Cable needle (or a single double pointed needle)
Yarn Quality
Metallico, Hobbii 70% polyamid, 21% acrylic, 9% merino/ 50 g = 115 m

Knitting gauge
The gauge isn’t very important to this project, as you can adjust the length of the headband to fit your preferred size.
