Gilded Leaf Scarf
by Wool & Honey
Strong and soft, warm and light, this delicate scarf is the picture of harmonious opposites. Starting with a provisional cast on, the scarf is worked in two halves, one after another, from the back of the neck outward. The majority of the piece is garter stitch, which provides soothing relief during an otherwise stressful holiday season, and is finished off with a dainty leaf lace motif at either end. Cashmere is the element that puts this gift over the top, and knit in a warm, golden hue, it’s sure to bring the light of the season to the friend that needs it most.
