This pattern was inspired by a store-bought vest that my mom is particularly fond of. I promised to write her a handmade version in which I had fun inserting several patterns, colors and textures! A perfect project to let your imagination run wild and use up your leftover yarn! Enjoy!

MATERIALS

LOUISE ROBERT COLLECTION - Super Sock yarn 75% merino sw, 25% nylon; 400 m /100g
• Chopin (A) – 75 g
• Troubled Water (B) – 90 g
• Écume (C) – 90 g
• Loch (D) – 70 g
LOUISE ROBERT COLLECTION - Kid Silk yarn 75% kid mohair, 25% silk; 210 m /25g
• Green Grows (E) – 20 g
• Écume (F) – 10 g
• Traviata (G) – 20 g
• Air du temps (H) – 20 g

NEEDLES AND ACCESSORIES
• Circular needles of 4 mm; cable length of 100 cm; 40” or + (this project is not knitted in the round but requires a needle that can support a large number of stitches) or size needed to obtain gauge.
• Stitch holder or waste yarn to put stitches on hold.
• Tapestry needle

GAUGE 22 sts = 10 cm on 4 mm worked with Super Sock held double with Kid Silk in stockinette stitch, before blocking. It’s important to check your gauge to avoid running out of yarn or end with a project that’s too small or too big!
