Gimli The Goat
Gimli The Goat measures approximately 8 inches tall finished, and can be made bigger or smaller by adjusting hook and yarn accordingly. I used Loops & Threads Impeccable yarn to create my Gimli The Goat, however, you can use any worsted weight for a similar sized Gimli. I used roughly 90 yards for the main body colour, and roughly 15 yards of each charcoal and tan for the accent colours.
You will also need a small amount of black yarn or embroidery thread to embroider Gimli’s nose, whatever size and type of eyes you would like, and some stuffing.
I also recommend using a stitch marker since this pattern is worked in continuous rounds, a yarn needle, scissors, sewing pins, and an optional slicker brush for the beard.
Please note that this pattern has been tested, includes many photos of the individual pieces and assembly process, and I am always available to answer any questions on Ravelry, Facebook, Instagram and Etsy.
You are welcome to sell your finished products, however, please credit and link back to Bailey’s Boutique YEG when you post or advertise your finished products.
