This cardigan was inspired by the one worn by Francis Reagan on Blue Bloods. I really like the way it looks and wanted to create something that was close but with my own twist. :smiley:

And now I have added an additional size due to the request of several folks! Thanks for asking. The new size is for a 36 - 40 inch chest with positive ease.

I added in some braids and cables, mirror imaged them, and then made sure they all matched!

This pattern is fully charted. And color coded. While I might think this is an easy pattern, folks should be at least an intermediate knitter or a really brave newbie!

This cardigan can be made with or without pockets and bottom band. Or any combination of the two. I made them both ways because hubby requested it!

I would make this in more sizes if I could locate dedicated testers willing to test. This pattern requires a lot of dedication. But really knits up fast because the cables are easy to memorize and advance quickly.
