Double layered for warmth, the Gingerbread Cowl features a wonderful two color textured pattern on the outside and simple striped stockinette stitch on the inside. Since you’re only using one color at a time and simple slipped stitches, it easier to knit than it seems. Pick two neutral or similar colors for a gentler look or choose high contrast colors for a bold and adventurous look!
