I wanted to create something with a Christmas mood. These mittens look that a gingerbread house - soft, warm and fragrant. I hope you enjoy it.
The pattern is written for a magic loop, but if you want, it is easily adaptable to DPNs, and of course circular needles. The pattern includes a written description of the pattern, charts, and video tutorials.

Woman S/M
Finished measurements:
7” (18 cm) hand circumference
6” (16 cm) hand length (above cuff)
2.3” (6 cm) thumb length
1” (2.5 cm) mitten top length
10.8” (27.5 cm) length
Measurements were taken after blocking
Gauge
30 sts * 48 rows = 4” (10 сm) in stockinette in the round (after blocking), with main gauge needles
30 sts * 38 rows = 4” (10 сm) in colorwork in the round (after blocking), with colorwork gauge needles
Yarn
Knoll Soft Donegal Tweed (100% wool) 50 grams | 213 yards (195 meters)
♥ MC (oatmeal) - 40 grams
♥ CC1 (mustard) – 6 grams
♥ CC2 (coal) – 2 grams
♥ CC3 (red) – 2 grams
You can use any fingering weight yarn
Notions
♥ Main gauge needles: US 3.00 (3.25 mm)
♥ Colorwork gauge needles: US 4.00 (3.5 mm)
♥ scissors, stitch markers, tapestry needle
