Use this crochet pattern to make a beautiful yet functional crochet market tote bag. Using yarn in your stash, this project makes a great scrap buster!

This pattern is advanced beginner friendly. The stitches/abbreviations used in this pattern include: ch, sl st, SC, and HDC. A link to a video tutorial demonstrating how to crochet plaid/gingham is included.

The finished bag is about 12” x 10.5” without the handle. Less than one skein of each color used in the bag is needed to complete this project (Category 4 Acrylic). You can also add an optional purse strap and button closure. You will also need a 5.0mm crochet hook to complete this project.
