The romper is constructed by starting with the ribbed waistband. The single crochet ribbed waistband must have a negative ease of up to 7 inches to ensure a snug fit. After the waistband is stitched you will make the bloomer bottoms followed by a front and back panel for easy diaper changing. An adorable ruffle is added to each leg hole.
