This is a crochet instruction pattern to tell you how to make your own giraffe applique. The instructions are written in UK terms with US equivalents.

The finished giraffe applique is approximately 7 inches or 18cm tall - this is using a 3.75mm crochet hook and DK wool. Variations to this will make the giraffe smaller or larger.

Once you have made the giraffe, it will be great to add to a project or just frame it as a wall decoration!

I have shown photos of the giraffe on a granny square blanket. The pattern for the blanket is not included.
