Giraffe Blanket
This Giraffe is soft and cuddly AND can be knit in a day with chunky yarn.
Pattern Features:
Body is knit flat in garter stitch
Head is knit in the round using 2 pair of circular needles
All parts are joined as you knit so all you sew on is the spots, ears, and horns
NOTE: pattern does not tell you to change color on the face. You can use a different color on the face until you have done the first decreases, then change to the main color.
This is a great pattern for a beginner to try knitting in the round with 2 pair of circular needles.
If you have not tried it, check on Youtube and watch my video on making diaper covers by knitting in the round with 2 pair of circular needles.
