Giraffe Pocket Pal is 3.5 to 4 inches tall when made with sport weight yarn.
For Worsted Weight yarn - makes a 5.5 to 6-inch animal with a 2.5 to 3mm hook (more yarn will be needed).
Needed
Yarn - up to 70 yards of sport weight yarn 2.0 to 2.5 mm hook
6mm safety eyes or embroider the eyes
Small amounts of yarn or embroidery floss for facial features
Embroidery needle with eye big enough for yarn

Animals are mainly single crochet with some colorwork

Add a ribbon or crochet chain loop for tooth fairy pillow or ornament.
Add a keychain/lobster claw to attach to a bag/backpack/purse.
Use the front panels as an applique on a blanket or outfit, etc.

Each Pocket Pal has a small pocket in the back to hold a small item, note, picture, etc.
